This website is enlarged permanently. Please take note that all texts are in English, but LIBERTAS relies on a large scale on unofficial translations from Kyrgyz and Russian and therefore can give no guarantee neither on the translations nor on the up to date character of the contents.<\/p>\n<p>In the legal parts some laws are in multiple reproduction as they may concern several folders.
