These measures have been conceived and realised by the EU-funded SIPCA project (Support to Implementation of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement [PCA]) between spring 2005 and the end of the project (October 2005), with its Senior Legal Advisor, Hans-Juergen Zahorka, member of TEAM EUROPE in the EU. There will be continuous training for TEAM EUROPE GEORGIA in the future.<\/em>Interested parties are invited to address directly the members of TEAM EUROPE GEORGIA and to arrange themselves all the terms and conditions of the lectures.
