Neriman Dzeladini – Head of Department for European Integration.
Ms Dzeladini is a graduate of the Economy Faculty in Skopje. She has worked in a private company, in the macroeconomic department of the Ministry of Development, in creation of macroeconomic policy. After the merger of the Ministry of Development with the Ministry of Economy. Ms Dzeladini was part of the different sectors in the Ministry. Currently she is heading the Sector for European Integration in the Ministry and manages European integration activities of the Ministry of Economy. Besides this Ms. Dzeladini is an active member of the State Aid Commission, Technical Committee for Coordination of Foreign Aid, Working Committee on European Integration and other high national bodies dealing with European integration processes.

Sofija Kuzmanovska – Head of Unit for Regional Co-operation and Foreign Assistance.
Ms Kuzmanovska has been working on the establishment of EI Unit since the MoE in 2000. In the last years she works on coordination of foreign assistance, regional cooperation and quality infrastructure. She has been coordinator of the Stability Pact activities in the MoE and RM member of Stability Pact Working Group on Trade Liberalization and Facilitation. She has participated in the national system for coordination of foreign assistance in the MoE, through assisting in the creation and implementation of the CARDS program. Her professional background, as an engineer on pure and applied chemistry graduated on University of Natural Sciences in Skopje is extensive working experience in the fields of quality infrastructure. She has worked as metrologist for 10 years, as first Head of Metrology Department in the Republic of Macedonia for 1,5 years, as a Counselor of the Minister for International Cooperation for 7 years and as a Deputy Head of EI Department. She is MoE coordinator of standardization, metrology, accreditation and representative in the EU – RM Working Party on the Internal market in these fields. She has been member of the Council for National Quality Programme, Council of the Accreditation Institute and MoE coordinator of EU Project SMAQVa – Technical Assistance to the Institutes for Standardization, Accreditation, Metrology and Quality Validation.

Dimitar Dimitrovski – Head of Unit for Harmonisation of Legislation and SAA Implementation, MoE’s Project Coordinator for the DTL Project.
Mr Dimitrovski has a degree in Commercial Law from the University of Skopje. He has been working for the Ministry of Economy (formerly Ministry of Trade), for five years, exclusively on EU related issues. His area of expertise encompasses legal aspects of EU – Republic of Macedonia trade relations and harmonisation of Macedonian legislation with EU legal rules in the field of economy. During the last years he has been chairperson of EU – Republic of Macedonia Contact Group on Iron and Steel Products. Mr. Dimitrovski speaks 4 languages.

Jasmina Spirovska – Adviser in Unit for Harmonization of Legislation and SAA Implementation.
Ms. Spirovska is a graduate of the Law Faculty in Skopje and has served first working in an Attorney’s office and Legal Office INKO, during which she has gained practical knowledge in the area of law. She has been working in the Ministry of Economy (formerly Ministry of Trade) for four years, exclusively on EU related issues. One part of the working experience was dedicated to investment promotion issues. Her area of expertise encompasses legal aspects of EU – Republic of Macedonia trade relations and harmonisation of Macedonian legislation with EU legal rules in the field of economy. Speaks foreign languages.

Jovan Todorov – Head of Unit for State Aid
Mr Todorov has a degree from the Economic Faculty, University of Skopje. He had been working for the trade company “Tehnometal-Vardar” from 1988 until 2000, during which he had been for five years as a representative in the company owned by “Tehnometal-Vardar” in Vienna, Austria. He had been working for the Ministry of Economy (formerly Ministry of Trade) in the Department for Bilateral and Multilateral Trade Cooperation for three years. Since 2003 he has been working in the EU Integration Department. He is a member of RM-EU Working Group on Internal Market and Competition. Mr Todorov speaks 4 foreign languages.

Violeta Velickovska – Unit for State aid.
Ms Velickovska is a graduate of the Law Faculty in Skopje and has been working as a lawyer in two companies for nine years. She has working experience as an Attorney for nine years. Now she is working in the Ministry of Economy, European Integration Department, exclusively on State Aid related issues.
