TED „Tender’s Electronic Daily“ – this is the electronic newspaper of the European Union within the EC Official Journal S. Besides tenders from EU and EEA Member States here also invitations to bid from third countries are published.

Public procurement adds to around 15% of the European Union’s GNP – not any more a quantity which could be neglected.

LIBERTAS examines the large number (about 7.000 weekly) of tenders in Public Procurement for ist clients on a daily basis, according to their individual requests and bidding information.

Daily topical invitations to bid, interesting for your enterprise, for very little costs, compared to the amount for daily checking of the relevant web pages by your own staff.

This is how you launch our public procurement service for you

• You inform us, which kind of invitations to bid are of interest for your enterprise, e.g.:
• Insurance services (in which field?), architectural services, software, delivery of computer hardware, water pipes, the construction of bridges or tunnels etc.
• You will also get a list of countries (EU + EFTA + third countries) after which you tell us in which countries you want to become active – for instance engineering services (road rehabilitation) in all EU Member States plus in Central Asia.
• According to this information, after your order, we set up a detailed profile and put it into our TED databank.
• The selection of invitations to bid would be effectuated daily from Tuesday to Saturday (on Monday there is no TED available.
• The selected tenders which are relevant for your business – and only they – will be sent daily to you as pdf database. If requested we can do this also by fax.

Costs, termination:

• A unique fee of 20 EUR (+ VAT, if applicable) for the set-up of the profile and its adjustment into the database
• 3 EUR (+ VAT, if applicable) per selected and transmitted invitation to bid(the transmission by e-mail is free of charge, fax transmission is for 0,50 EUR per page + VAT, if applicable)
• You will obtain an invoice after every month.
