LIBERTAS ha sempre dimostrato un forte interesse per lo sviluppo delle strutture economiche e giuridiche nei paesi dell’Europa centrale ed orientale che intendono essere integrati nell’Unione Europea o che già ne hanno fatto richiesta. Con partner, tra gli altri, sloveni e macedoni vengono organizzati ed offerti corsi relativi a questioni giuridiche ed economiche.

LIBERTAS ha collaborato a numerosi progetti in vari paesi dell’Europa dell’est in parte organizzati nell’ambito del Progetto Comunitario Phare. Esperienze particolarmente interessanti sono state svolte nei seguenti paesi:

In considerazione dell’esperienza acquisita nella regione dei Balcani, i collaboratori di LIBERTAS hanno realizzato numerosi studi sul futuro della regione; essi hanno preso parte a conferenze e seminari.
